Mr. Alexander concentrates his practice in general civil litigation and civil rights litigation, but also has extensive experience in mass tort litigation, as well as real estate and municipal matters at both the trial and appellate level. TIm spent two years sitting as a quasi-judicial official on the Millburn Board of Adjustment to further his experience in land use law and has experience in which property development projects. He handles various claims for clients varying from individual matters to acting as general outside counsel for a major warehouse and logistics company headquartered in NJ. Mr. Alexander has also represented governmental entities and employees/directors as well individuals with Section 1983 claims and claims related to the New Jersey Public Employees’ Retirement System (PERS). Tim is not known to shy away from a fight.
Mr. Alexander graduated from Mt. St. Mary’s University which he attended with a presidential scholarship, and spent his junior year abroad in Paris, France attending the Sorbonne and the American University of Paris. Mr. Alexander graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law. Upon graduation from law school, he clerked for Hon. Edmond Kirby, J.S.C. Tim was affiliated with regional law firms before joining the law firm of Peri & Stewart, LLC.
Mr. Alexander is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
